Placing an order
If you would like to place an order please submit an enquiry through our online catalogue. Once your enquiry has been received we will send you a confirmation via email of your order. Any substitutes offered or pot size changes will be noted on this response.
Please note that plants are not reserved until the order is confirmed and a delivery date has been booked.
During busy sales periods stock levels change rapidly – in order to avoid disappointment, early confirmation is advised.
Shipping
Most of our orders are sent on an overnight delivery service through the Palletforce network in sturdy cardboard boxes on pallets. As these are delivered via an external haulier please let us know of any delivery instructions or access issues when you place your order.
Your delivery will be booked for the morning of your chosen delivery date. If your delivery has not arrived by midday please contact the office.
We endeavour to keep as much foliage on the plants as possible but occasionally they will have to be cut back for packing purposes.
Delivery via pallet starts at £65 per delivery (excluding London – see below). If the order is over £550 delivery is charged at approximately 12% of order value and 10% of order value for orders over £1000.
Orders sent to central London postcodes (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W, WC) start at £70 per delivery. If the order is over £550 delivery is charged at approximately 14% of order value and 12% of order value for orders over £1000.
Smaller orders (under 100 x 9cm plants) are sent in sealed boxes via DPD. Prices for this range from £18-£25 and we can send up to 100 x 9cm plants or 32 x 2L plants (or a combination of the two sizes) via this method. Please note that plants sent via DPD will be cut back for delivery regardless of time of year.

Payment
Once your plants are ready for dispatch at the nursery you will be sent an invoice. First time customers must settle invoices prior to delivery. If payment is not received before dispatch the plants will be held at the nursery and a new delivery date will be arranged. All subsequent invoices must be settled in full within 14 days of invoice date. Payment is taken only by BACS and our bank details are on all invoices.
